Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.

If an order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require the customer to pay additional shipping charges before the order is reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check around your delivery location.

  • Ask household members or neighbors.

  • Contact the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the damaged item.

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging.

We will review your claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location.

You may receive more than one tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to locations where delivery is unavailable or prohibited by law.
