Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Pet food, treats, supplements, medications, or consumable products once opened.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.

  • Gift cards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the item.

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless you got the wrong item

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Inspection & Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the returned item is not received in its original condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the product.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including order confirmation, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmation.
